Alabama Pecanbread

This is good but the texture feels off and I think the reason it also appears uncooked in the center while chewy on the edges is that to be honest, that’s a lot of oil for the ratio of ingredients. I would suggest changing it to 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of water. This is the basis for even the moistest brownie recipe.
