1 ½ cups frozen mixed veggies
1 cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
Now let’s put it all together!
This dish is enjoyed by adults and children alike. Even picky eaters seem to love this dish and every family seems to have their own take on it. For this one let’s keep it simple.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, stir together chicken, condensed soup, mayonnaise, water, onion, cheese, and frozen veggies. Gently fold in egg noodles, then pour into the baking dish.
Sprinkle panko evenly over the top, then drizzle over the melted butter.
Bake about 30-35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
See, simple right! There is really no need to serve any sides with this dish as it encompasses everything a meal needs. If we do serve anything with it we serve a warm homemade bread that seems to compliment it well.
