This recipe is my Great Aunt Birla’s. She is my momma’s daddy’s sister. I hope you like it.
Cook time: 45 Min Prep time: 15 Min Serves: depends on how you slice it
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c coconut
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 c pineapple, crushed undrained
3/4 stick butter (6t)
1 prepared pie crust
1. Bake prepared pie crust at 350 for 10 minutes.
2. Mix eggs in small bowl. Then melt butter. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Do not drain the pineapple.
3. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until the center is set.
