EVERY ONE NEEDS TO INDULGE A BIT: DARK CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE BROWNIES

This dark chocolate walnut fudge is begging to be made. So what are you waiting for?! Start cooking, ask questions later.

Things You Will Need:

  • 1 pound semi sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups walnut or pecans, chopped

How To Prepare:

  1. Skip the non stick cooking spray. Instead, grab a piece of parchment paper to line your pans, and make sure to use enough where there is a slight overhang on both sides.
  2. Using the double boiler technique, bring together chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter and salt. You’ll want to keep an eye on this process and make sure to stir occasionally. Once everything is nice and melted, mix in the nuts.
  3. Refrain from eating the mixture as is. Instead, pour into the pans lined with parchment and let them set in the fridge. This should take about 4 hours.
  4. Remove from pan. This is where that handy dandy parchment paper comes into play. Next you’ll want to cut the fudge into 64 squares. And we won’t tell if your recipe only ends up with 58.

Note: Not a huge fan of walnut or pecans? Crushed pistachios would also be a great addition to this fudge to complement the texture of the fudge. The perfect pairing would definitely have to be a tall glass of milk. Enjoy!
