Custards are a great way to top off an amazing meal! They are silky and smooth and packed full of flavor. The favorite go to is Creme Brulee which also happens to be one of my favorites, however, there are much more out there which we will go over as well.
In order to make a great custard, there are 4 major things that you need to take into consideration:
- Ratio of ingredients,
- How the custard is thickened,
- Method of cooking,
Once you have these areas mastered you will be able to bake custards to perfection! So let’s take a moment and look at these areas and see how we can all improve and impress even the pickiest of dessert pallets!
