I was looking up low carb recipes when I found this one that was pinched by Debbie at http://www.justapinch.com/me/mixingbowl. I LOVE Big Macs so when I saw the name, it just grabbed me and sucked me in! lol My family LOVED it! I followed the recipe exactly as written, using deer meat instead of ground beef. The next time, I will increase the Thousand Island dressing a bit and reduce the chicken bouillon as it was a touch too salty for us. The good thing about recipes is that you can tailor them to fit your family’s taste.
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon – heaping
2 Tbsp dried onion
1 Tbsp parsley
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
