This has been in my recipe box for for over 30 years. It is a recipe that was given to me from a church potluck.
Prep time: 10 Min Serves: 6-8
2/3 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 small tub of cool whip
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c pecans
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 graham cracker pie crust
1. Mix sugar and cream cheese together until well blended.
2. Add cool whip. Mix well.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Pour into crust. Chill well before serving.
