This Easy Watermelon Sherbet Recipe Requires Just 2 Ingredients

Every Dessert Recipe Should Be This Easy!

Watermelon sherbet has always been one of our favorite summertime treats. It’s just so light and refreshing, and the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. Plus, it’s perfect for when you want to indulge your sweet tooth but you don’t a rich or heavy dessert. We love watermelon sherbet even more now that we’ve discovered this incredibly easy no-churn method. All you need is a food processor, plus you only need two ingredients: cubed watermelon and sweetened condensed milk.

The secret is freezing the watermelon solid before blending it in the food processor. This way, you don’t need to churn it in an ice-cream machine. It’s really simple to make and also really quick, so you don’t need to spend a lot of time to be able to indulge in one of your favorite treats. Plus, this also makes it the ideal thing to make when you want something special, maybe for a backyard cookout, but don’t want to spend hours just on the dessert. Even better, you can keep the watermelon cubes in the freezer for up to a month, and the finished sherbet in the freezer for up to two weeks.
