Well I’ll Be Deviled – This Potato Salad Is Almost Too Good To Be True!

If You Haven’t Tried This Salad Yet, You’ve Been Missing Out!
My father was a big fan of deviled eggs. Whenever there was a party we had to hide those tasty little things – otherwise there would have been none left for the guests! He could gobble up half a batch of deviled eggs in one go, no matter how large a batch we made. Everyone in our family knew about his obsession (yes, we really called it an obsession) and we would always lovingly joke about it.
This recipe put a big smile on my face. I knew immediately my Dad would have loved this deviled potato salad, and I can’t believe we didn’t come up with this idea sooner.

Even though my father isn’t with us anymore, I just had to give this potato salad a try. It is just as delicious as I thought it would be – and an absolutely perfect companion to your BBQ entrees, no matter what they are.
I do recommend you hide this salad until your guests arrive – just like we hid those deviled eggs from Dad. This is so tasty, the bowl might be empty before it’s even time to serve!
