Simple, easy and delicious. I add 1 tsp of vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon and sliced almonds and Oh God, even better! My housband likes to top it with whipe cream, ice cream and pieces of banana and strawberry. We also like with jam or baked apple slices
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Use a 1/8 cup for measuring batter on a griddle prepared with cooking spray. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes on one side and flip – then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together stevia (I use Truvia) and cinnamon – you can also use the brown sugar blends.
I made some for my husband with dark chocolate chips and a dollop of whipped cream! He loved them!
