I’m 100% undoubtedly a fan of Applebee’s boneless wings, which is why I had to figure out how to remake these and have them taste as close as possible to the real thing. With several trial and error, I have derived the solution and am happy to say these things are spot on, minus sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes.
What You’ll Need :
3 dozen chicken wings (1st and 2nd wing pieces)
12 fluid ounces Louisiana hot sauce
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
