DIRECTION:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on all sides. Transfer browned chicken into your slow cooker. Add broth or white wine to skillet to deglaze the pan. Cook the liquid for 1-2 minutes or until the alcohol has cooked off (if using wine). Remove from heat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken soup with deglazed pan juices. Stir in Italian dressing mix and gravy mix. Stir in garlic, onion, and chili powders. Pour entire mixture over the chicken inside the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is cooked throughout. Transfer to serving dishes and top with gravy (optional).
