Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole


Ingredients

16 ounces spaghetti pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons flour
1 (12 ounce) McCormick Simply Better Chicken Gravy
2 cups half and half
salt and pepper
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large pot cook the pasta according to directions and cook until al dente. Drain. In a medium sized saucepan add the olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, and peas. Cook until tender. Add the flour and cook for an additional minute.
Add the simply better chicken gravy and half and half. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer until it starts to thicken.
Add the sauce to the spaghetti and toss with chicken until coated. Spread in your 9×13 inch pan.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until heated through and the bread crumbs are brown on top.
