I am running out of excuses to skip a proper breakfast… I’ve been using lack of time as an excuse for a while now, but lately I’ve tried so many wonderful, easy and super fast breakfast recipes that I kind of feel silly saying “I just don’t have the time”. Sure – a slow cooker helps a great deal if you’re busy in the mornings, but there are other ways to prepare a quick, awesome breakfast, too.

German pancakes are incredibly simple to make and they taste so amazing, I could have them every single day of the week! You only need a few minutes to whip this up, and you can go on and get ready while it’s baking in the oven.

This oven pancake is delicious and the kids are crazy about it! If they could have their way, we would have this year ’round, every day. If you’re in a hurry, a dusting of powdered sugar on top will do. But you could turn this into a really fancy breakfast just by slicing some bananas and drizzling chocolate sauce on top!

For an even easier process, you can make the batter in a blender while you let the butter melt in the pan. Stupid-easy!

These oven pancakes look beautiful with just a little powdered sugar on top.
