So, I guess I’ll be making this super simple butter cookie recipe. I ain’t got time for nothing too fancy as I’m a busy homeschooling mama and master of ceremonies on the homefront. My kiddos and I actually worked side by side in the kitchen to make these delicious cookies. We made a double batch…one for our cookie jar and one for the freezer. Yep, these amazing cookies freeze up, nicely.

I love butter and I love cookies so to mix the two together is like complete and utter bliss. I know all cookie recipes call for butter but these cookies call for a little extra. An entire stick to be exact and that’s alright by me. These cookies are one of the easiest recipes to make. I can’t even explain to you how much I LOVE these things. They go great with milk, coffee, and even tea. My kids and husband devour them!
