These are unlike any other cookie recipe I have ever tried. They are light, buttery and airy. They taste just like you are biting into a slice of cake, only better because you do not need a fork or spoon to enjoy these. They are so light, yet at the same time, so perfectly sweet. It has the perfect balance of being sweet without being repulsive. It honestly almost reminds me of French Macaroons.
