Jalapeño Lemon Chicken

Yum! I used a chicken quarter (long story otherwise, lol) and it worked really well. This was simple to make and very flavorful.

This may be one of the favorite chicken recipes I have ever had. I doubled the recipe and marinated w/ half and brushed the chicken while grilling numerous times!

This is my go-to chicken recipe. I usually use chicken tenderloins since we prefer the thinner meat and it cooks a lot faster and more caramelized. Very simple and inexpensive marinade that I generally have everything on hand for. I chop up all the items instead of processing them, which may be why I don’t think this is spicy at all.

I used boneless skinless chicken thighs. I let the chicken in the marinade overnight. The taste is so good. Spicy just enough for us. The cilantro gave a great taste.

Five stars all the way! I used boneless chicken breasts, didn’t seed the jalapenos and let the chicken marinate for about 8 hours. Loved it! Thanks for posting the recipe.

Too cold to start the grill outside so I did the George Foreman, we also used boneless skinless breasts. I think I could eat this every day – well that is if you didn’t have hundreds of other great recipes on this site.

Needed to use up some peppers from the garden and this turned out to be a good way to do it! Let mine marinate for about 4 hours and the flavors turned out great! Had the leftovers a couple of days later and they were yummy too! Perfect summer recipe to use ingredients I usually have on hand.

Very good. Made as posted except I used jarred jalapeno instead of fresh so I omitted the salt. I marinated for about 4 hours and heat came through fine.
