Maple Cinnamon Candied Nuts

INGREDIENTS
4 cups mixed nuts (any nuts will do, we recommend pecans, cashews, almonds, and walnuts)
1 egg white
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup raw sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 250. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl with a fork.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg white until frothy, and add in the maple syrup. Pour in the mixed nuts, tossing to evenly coat. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over the nuts, and continue tossing to coat.
Spread nuts out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. When nuts are dry to the touch, remove from oven and let cool at room temp. Transfer nuts to airtight containers, and enjoy!
