Old-Fashioned Country Mississippi Baked Corn Casserole


Ingredients

3 cups whole kernel corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
1/4 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour
2 cups Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper (Add more if desired)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup Kerrygold melted butter
1 cup whole milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix together corn, flour, 1 ½ cups cheese, jalapeno, eggs, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 1 hour. Let cool about 20 minutes before serving.
