Ingredients:
1 cup Domino granulated sugar
1/2 Cup Kerrygold Salted Butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp McCormick Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Grease a 9″ loaf pan.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla and milk beating well.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
Gently fold in blueberries with a spatula being careful not to crush the berries.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-75 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to finish cooling.
